You can get the C2X-CMD converter (new version 1.8.0) from:

I decided to build a new Frontend for C2X-CMD which would take some time to develop...
So the OLD CSV2XML Frondend CSV2XML_WIN is still available:


CSV2XML_WIN is :
1. a graphical Frontend for csv2xml
2. suitable for all Windows 32Bit OS-Systems and
3. also Freeware
