Because of TR4 complex level switching, 
the levels are grouped by 4 packages.

Patch:

In TR4 CORE included an CRC Routine on
there savegames so a modification was
not possible.

May you want to use the following cheats instead:

- Getting Lara to stand perfectly North is the hardest part of this procedure.
  The easiest way to get her facing North is to hang from a ledge while facing North.
  This will line you up perfectly.  You can then either press inventory while hanging
  or drop to the ground and do it.  You will know you are standing North when the
  needle on the compass becomes transparent.

When this happens do any of the following steps:

<<< UNLIMITED ITEMS >>>

- Switch to the SMALL MEDKIT icon
- Press and hold the 4 small letters of "guns" all at the same time !!!
  (for a few seconds)
- Release the keys and your inventory should say UNLIMITED for your items

<<< ALL WEAPONS >>>
- First do the Unlimited Items Cheat
- Switch to the LARGE MEDKIT icon
- Press and hold the 7 small letters of "weapons" all at the same time !!! 
  (for a few seconds)
- Release the keys and you will have all weapons
